All Those Food Market held All Those Pro, its first meeting focused on a professional audience, in order to generate synergies in the gastronomic sector and promote the consumption of artisan and sustainable products.

After 15 editions and after having become a festival referente de tendencias gastronómicas y productos artesanos de calidad, All Those Food Market presented a new event focused on restaurateurs and professionals of the gastronomic sector.

Friday morning, May 26 was held, within the framework of All Those Food Market, the first professional day of All Those: All Those Pro. The initiative was aimed at generating synergies between restaurateurs, artisans and gastronomic entrepreneurs, while extending its purpose to promote the consumption of local and sustainable food to the gastronomic sector.

All Those Pro opened the doors at 9:00 a.m. with a networking breakfast hosted by B2B shipping platform Stuart, and then attendees were treated to exclusive content as a talk about Consciousness in gastronomy led by Xavier Pellicer, Stefano Colombo –Xemei and Bar Brutal–, and Buster Turner –Rooftop Smokehouse- and a tasting of natural wines with Joan Valencia and producers Joan Rubió, Oriol Artigas and Toni Carbó from Cuvée 3000, among others.

Throughout the day, there was a selection of the most interesting gastronomic projects of the local scene: from 9 specialty coffee roasters such as Harmony Roasters or Orbita, to cheese distributors such as Selección Gastronómica or Italian products such as Mammafiore or Vi Enology, to farmers such as Cooperativa Agrícola del Prat, among many others. At the same time, it was also possible to enjoy and interact with the  more than 75 artisans and gastronomic entrepreneurs present at All Those Food Market during the weekend, prior to its opening to the general public.

At the end, in a relaxed atmosphere, a snack was offered thanks to Maldon, where the professionals were able to discuss the latest gastronomic trends   and expand their network of contacts.
