The festival of gastronomic entrepreneurs and artisans celebrated its first 5th anniversary with a Christmas edition in which it brought together more than 150 projects inside and outside the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya.
For the first time at Christmas, All Those Food Market infected with its festive spirit this corner of the city and turned it into the ideal backdrop to get the most original gifts and finalize some details for this holiday season.
The past November 30 and December 1, the farmers’ market once again became a magical place to find the most coveted items to surprise at this time of the year. The delicious cheeses , sausages, sweets, jams, sofritos, honeys and vegan or gluten-free products, became the solution for more than one gift and the garnish for more than one menu, for these imminent holidays.
The original ones were also present tableware and accessories for dressing and decorating the table unique and handcrafted, nor the Christmas classics such as the panettones of Sabors and those of Cloudstreet Bakery, recently awarded as the best artisan panettone in Spain, the nougats from Exalta and the carquiñolis of Escalfet.
GASTRONOMY IN THOSE GARDENS
The gastronomic projects once again set up their kitchens in the gardens of the Theater and surprised as always, with quality proposals. The seasonal cuisine of Auto Rosellon, the Mexican-Mediterranean of Mextizo, the covers of the Bar Alegría, the ember of Gresca, the Japanese delicacies from Aiueno, the pulled pork of Chivuo’s and the classic “empanadas de Las Muns became the irresistible of the weekend.
Accompanied by the spring-like weather that enlivened the weekend at the Teatre Nacional, the mulled wine of Organic & Orgasmic, put the Christmas note to this beautiful event. The toast also included the natural and biodynamic wines selected by Human Vins, the craft beers of Garage Beer, La Pirata and Art Cervercers, nor the vermouth of El Bandarra.

Other great proposals of the festival were its popular gastronomic workshops, the attractive musical proposal and a host of free activities designed especially for children, with the intention of promoting healthy eating.
