On September 14 and 15, All Those Food Market returned to the gardens of the National Theater of Catalonia with its suggestive gastronomic proposal and a lot of activities, to show us that despite the end of the vacations for many, the happiness of the summer should continue.
With the majestic TNC as a backdrop, more than 21,000 food enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, local producers and culinary artisans gathered over the weekend to celebrate another edition of this mouthwatering festival.
The eleventh edition featured a producers’ market, made up of more than 150 original proposals among which you could find old acquaintances such as sausages from La Gleva, the monofloral honey of Miel sa Mel, raw milk cheeses Formatges Camps, the jams of Rosons to novelties such as oils Ed’o othe ecological tapas of Mas Salagros.
The gardens of TNC, were also filled with old acquaintances such as the Street Food projects of Chivuo’s, Aiueno, Las Muns, La Porca, novedades como El Filete Ruso, Auto Rosellon, Rasoterra and surprises like Cloudstreet Bakery con Mónica Escudero.
There was also no shortage of vermouth. El Bandarra, the selection of natural wines from Human Vins, lnatural drinks of Kombutxa and the beers of Garage, Barcino and La Pirata, who were present on this sunny weekend, to refresh and hydrate the environment.
This edition also included a wide selection of workshops that invited us to experiment, learn and enjoy gastronomy.
