All Those Food Market welcomed spring in style with its 10th edition!

All Those Food Market celebrated the arrival of the good weather last year. April 6th and 7th with its 10th edition at the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya. Thus, once again, the aisles of the theater were filled with the best gastronomic proposals as always, as well as some novelties that surprised most of the attendees.

THE BEST STREET FOOD IN THE GARDENS

This tenth edition was attended by a fantastic line-up The event was a unique opportunity to enjoy in an idyllic setting the imminent impending event in the gardens of the theater. It was thus a unique opportunity to enjoy in an idyllic setting the imminent  Bar Alegría, born from the union of the Abellan family, father and son, together with Max Colombo of Xemei restaurant, the kitchen of the chef Rafa Peña of the acclaimed restaurante Gresca the tremendous pizzas of Frankie Gallo Cha Cha Cha or the Asian-Catalan delicacies at Casa Xica. They were joined by other outstanding projects such as The Fish and Chips Shop, Chivuo’s restaurant or Aiueno, among many others.

For the first time at the festival, the different types of filter coffee could be tasted thanks to the Brew Bar the Nomad Coffee and BWT the different methods of coffee production were also explained.

CRAFTSMANSHIP LOCAL FULL  COLOR
Inside the theater, we were able to find a market full of local gastronomic crafts. So it was the opportunity to taste once again the cheeses from  Formatges Camps, lhe jams of Rosons, the donuts of La Donuteria, the sausages and sobrasada from Can Ferrerico, among other market classics. But it was also possible to taste for the first time the delicacies of  Zanah Pasteles, the ratafia L’Hòstia, the dates of Arabisimos and many more handcrafted products that filled the aisles of the theater with color throughout the weekend.

In addition to succumbing to the best gastronomic delights, there was the opportunity to discover the magical ceramic pieces of HojiMarimasot and Annick Galimont, who as always mesmerized us with their creations. And we also dreamed of the artistic illustrations by  Nathalie Ouederni and Am ketterer, that I’m sure more than one took home with them.

WORKSHOPS AND FAMILY!
In this tenth edition, several spaces were also set up for workshops that brought us closer to the world of natural wine, cocktails, specialty coffee, among many other alternatives that attendees were able to try with their own hands.

And of course, we could not miss the free recreational activities for the little ones, who were also able to enjoy the market learning and discovering the world of gastronomy at the hand of Bonaprofit, Carla Matta, Wild Food Caravan or Vernita.
On the other hand, there was no lack of space chill out coordinated as always by Mammaproof, where the whole family could take a break or enjoy playing games.

To celebrate this 10th edition of All Those, we were also able to enjoy a wide variety of products and dishes from limited edition that our artisans prepared especially for the market:

Panes Creativos: Spring bread with rose petals, pistachios and strawberry chocolate
Las Delícias de Papoun: Hazelnut and cocoa cream
Bebe-té: Apple, mint and rose infusion
Miscelánea Mezcalera: Mezcal infused with Oaxacan coffee
Tofrom: Mas de Flandi Olive oil candles
COC&Delicatessen: Croquettes of lamb tajine with Moroccan spices
Rosons: Lemon and quince jam
Lagrimus: Toasted sesame with panela and fir and Toasted sesame with panela and rose Sylvestre

Las Muns: Pink Muns with beet extract and smoked bacon muns, plums and cheese blend
La Rika: Fried wings
The Fish and Chips Shop: Taco Fish
Casa Xica: Gyu Kimchi
Warike: Ceviche and squid chicharrón with Peruvian jungle chili peppers
Caravan Made: French Onion Grilled Cheese Sandwich
M2GlutenFree: Gluten-free pizza, natural tomato, roasted pumpkin, shitakes, basil and herb oil

Finally, there was an exhibition where the complete collection of posters designed by different artists and studios for the various editions of the festival could be seen.
